We are looking for someone who can take our x2 businesses to the next level. We are offering a competitive salary based on experience + a performance-based bonus. Workplace pension support, 28 days holiday and car allowance – Between £24k – £26k per annum + Bonus depends on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and performance KPI’s
• Proactively research identify lead opportunities
• Cold call or contact clients and prospects in assigned region and industries
• Increasing the value of current customers
• Provide customers with quotations
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Taking and transferring incoming calls into the 2 businesses and a few clerical duties

• Self-motivation and drive
• A competitive streak
• B2B Sales experience
• Social Media Management and traction generation
• Full UK drivers license

School Security Gateman & Handyman

We do have a position currently available for immediate placement.

• Location: A school in Sidcup DA14
• Weekly Hours: 25-30 hours Per Week
• Part Time Job: Yes
• Start Date: Thursday 24th June
• Shift Pattern: 08:30 – 15:00, sometimes 07:00 – 15:00 (start and finish times may vary)

Job Roles:

• School gate security presence
• Giving access and egress to students, staff and visitors
• A little handyman’s job when required like helping to move chairs and tables etc

However, the above is suitable for someone looking for a part time employment, but LSS could still offer additional 25 hours per week at other location to supplement the weekly hours to 48 hours per week.

• Weekly Hours: 17:30 – 08:30 (week nights and 24 hours split into 12 hour shifts weekends)

• Giving access and egress to staff and visitors
• Front Desk Reception (out of hours)
• Building patrols
