All personnel before starting a new assignment will be briefed on the security requirements of the site, the cultural background and, health & safety requirements to ensure that they comply with the client’s unique security needs.
When joining the Management Team, we will automatically provide Management Training which is run by an external Partner. Some of the Management Team are training in specific areas depending on their roles and responsibilities:
