I would highly recommend London Security Service. I booked them at 4.45pm, close to end of play. I was able to book them for the next day, in that 15 minutes window, where I needed a bodyguard urgently. This company delivered hassle-free and a smooth transaction with excellent service and communication, which we all need when in a stressful situation.

John, my security guard turned up just before his time, which was a great opportunity to get introduced. He was very polite, kind and very helpful. It was a pleasure to have had him be my bodyguard and was attentive and sensitive to my needs, being on crutches. He was a true gentleman and I am grateful for such excellent and outstanding customer care and service. I would highly recommend London Security Service and would definitely use them again.

Both Kwame and John were very professional and personable – a lot more than other guards we have had in the past. They took the time to listen and understand my instructions about our studio and how the alarm works etc. It felt as though they really care about what they do e.g. John came in early one evening so he could talk to us and double check he was doing the alarm correctly. And Kwame came in outside of his hours to do a handover of instructions to John. It was nice to feel that the studio was safe in their hands!

It has been easy to communicate with the office as well. Things such as extending the service, and organising how the keys would be returned to us have been organised quickly and without too much effort from us. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use London Security again.
